Real-Time PCR is a molecular biology testing instrument used for various types of food product applications to monitor the quality product. In addition, real-time technique can also be test detection pathogenic bacteria in some foods and processed products. The purpose this study was detect Salmonella typhimurium using PCR. This research source information reference similar research. method with green SYBR kit. Data analysis carried out by looking at results interpreting Ct values Tm values. Positive are indicated formation curve curve. From conducted, it found that value range 11.90 - 12.10 an average 12.02, while 85.10 85.20 85.15. results, concluded use instant noodle products applied.
